Creativity and innovation
Abstract
Currently, every other business entity is being urged to be creative and innovative to remain competitive. Creativity and innovation are essential ingredients necessary for survival and success of businesses. For organizations to compete effectively in the modern world, they have to be creative and innovative. They need to continue evolving by applying new ideas to the way they perform their business processes. Specifically, an institution that is able to adapt to new and emerging technologies stands a better chance of thriving. It is evident that times are changing and hence what used to work before may not necessarily work today and customers are increasingly demanding better services and products while competition is getting stiffer every day. This implies that no organization can afford to be complacent if they want to remain in business.
